The Solution:

To create the #WomenOfYPO concept - an authentic, first-person, pilot video series aimed to showcase the value of YPO as an organisation and the calibre of existing female members to prospects and applicants. With a strong concept, proper story-telling, and beautiful packaging these member’s stories were highlighted and shared appropriately. Timed to celebrate Women’s Month in South Africa.

The Challenge:

To create a campaign that spotlighted the amazing women within the YPO organisation and provide a platform for those from the Africa Region to promote diversity and inclusivity. To create captivating and exciting content that interests and creates prominence within the Africa and Global YPO communities.

The Result:

These videos served as an important tool to showcase the value of YPO as an organisation and the calibre of existing female members to prospects and applicants. They drove YPO brand awareness and built an acquisition pipeline of young African Pan African CEO’s.

The Client

YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) is a global network of business leaders that was founded in 1950. It is a non-profit organisation that aims to connect and empower young CEOs, presidents, and business leaders from different industries and countries.

YPO has over 29,000 members from more than 130 countries, representing a diverse range of businesses and organisations. The organisation offers its members a variety of programs, events, and resources to help them grow personally and professionally, including leadership development programs, peer-to-peer forums, educational events, and networking opportunities.
